in steve kuchinsky's defense, i think that's how his abs are built. no photoshop/airbrushing involved. proven by other google images you see of him.
the last section of most men's abs do stop at the belly button, and as a general rule, i think a man's abs is most aesthetically pleasing when the pants he wears sits slightly below the waistline. not all the way down to his crotch like this unfortunate underwear steve has to wear.

Agree that it looks more like a photoshop fail than his real body. I don't know how you coud possibly have abs like that otherwise.
