Working It Out Part 1

Summer is just around the corner. It's time to get in tiptop shape to show off your bod at the beaches. Who better to guide you through the 3-day workout than fitness guru Max Wettstein.

Before exercise, Max reminds us it is essential to prepare the muscles for the work ahead. Stretching, followed by a light jog is a great way to warm up your muscles and raise your heart rate.
